The courses follow syllabi and curricula developed in reference to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), and are based on the chosen textbook.

At the same time the courses are personalized, following the students’ different pace and style of learning, and their individual needs, as we consider second language acquisition an important tool of self-construction. All lessons are held completely in Italian by the teacher. Exceptions are made for absolutely beginners English speakers (mother language or C2) in private lessons or monolingual groups. Meaningful multilingual communication is welcome.

The teaching is focused on the development of the four abilities, and on the reflection on language through isolating language functions and text types within real life situations.

Student will buy the textbook chosen for the course. Extra study material – photocopies, magazines, audio and video material, is given by the school.
